Artist Engagement
We may share your email address with artists whose ticket shows you attend on Volume. You can contact

or to request that we unsubscribe your email address from such artists’ mailing lists.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale, personal information may be transferred accordingly. However,
any transferee of such personal information will be obligated to comply with this Privacy Policy.

Data security is important to us and consistent with applicable law, we use commercially acceptable means to protect

If you would like to close your account and erase any profile information therein, click “delete my account” within
your member web page. If you close your account, we may retain certain personal information about you as required or
permitted by law.
For California Residents
We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals or other similar opt-out mechanisms, including general web
browser “Do Not Track” settings.
Pursuant to California Civil Code section 1798 (also known as “Shine the Light”), California residents with an
